Ask most marketing or ops leaders why event follow-up is slow, and they’ll blame a tool: a clunky integration, an aging CRM, a vendor that overpromised on the sync. That’s the wrong diagnosis, and it’s an expensive one, because it sends teams shopping for a faster version of the exact same architecture that’s already failing them.
