Blackthorn was far and away the most flexible, straightforward and easy-to-implement solution we found, and we’re extremely pleased with the results. It makes integrating Stripe a breeze, while allowing us to tailor our payments to work with our existing AR workflows and reduce the administrative burden on our finance and sales teams.

[Blackthorn’s] technology as far as your interfaces, different themes, different out of the box features, [for example the ability to] just design our own templates, custom checkouts, everything like that… was a huge score. …The evolving technology you guys offer as well. It’s crazy how fast Blackthorn has grown from the time we implemented with Ashley Wagner when the company was maybe 12 people! The last year or so, I think everything’s gone really smoothly. Initially, I [was submitting] cases all the time, but sounds like the transition over to AWS has really helped fix a lot of the issues that we were having before.
