  • We have been using Textey, now Blackthorn Messaging, for close to 2 years now! It allows us to communicate with our customers very easily! Communicating order status to customers and customers sending in orders is super useful for our business! This is an excellent product, keep up the good work :)!

  • We’ve been using Blackthorn Messaging (formerly Textey) for a few years at this point, and it is (and has always been) incredible! From the app itself (does what it’s supposed to, and does so simply, reliably and affordably), to its support articles (well written and well organized), everything about the app/company is excellent. Look no further; if you’re interested in sending SMSvia Salesforce, Blackthorn Messaging is the app to use.

  • Blackthorn was far and away the most flexible, straightforward and easy-to-implement solution we found, and we’re extremely pleased with the results. It makes integrating Stripe a breeze, while allowing us to tailor our payments to work with our existing AR workflows and reduce the administrative burden on our finance and sales teams.

  • [Blackthorn’s] technology as far as your interfaces, different themes, different out of the box features, [for example the ability to] just design our own templates, custom checkouts, everything like that… was a huge score. …The evolving technology you guys offer as well. I mean, we’ve been through a couple of upgrades already. There’s a lot … of good things that come out of that we’re very satisfied with.

  • It’s crazy how fast Blackthorn has grown from the time we implemented with Ashley Wagner when the company was maybe 12 people! The last year or so, I think everything’s gone really smoothly. Initially, I [was submitting] cases all the time, but sounds like the transition over to AWS has really helped fix a lot of the issues that we were having before.
