Does Stova sync with Salesforce in real time?

Not exactly. Stova’s own documentation describes attendee data being pushed into Salesforce once registration completes, a post-registration sync rather than a real-time, native data model. Blackthorn has no sync step at all, since registration and attendance records are created as Salesforce records directly.
