Is Stova Salesforce-native, or does it just integrate with Salesforce?

Stova integrates with Salesforce through a connector that synchronizes attendee details and pushes them into Salesforce after registration completes. That’s a real, functional integration, but Stova itself is a standalone platform with its own database. Blackthorn, by comparison, is built directly on Salesforce objects, so there’s no second database and no push step.
